My phone rang within thirty minutes. It was Sam from Wilson Door Company. He made an appointment to come to my house at 5:00 the same day. Sam called when he was in transit to let me know. He arrived as expected and fixed my garage door in about 30-40 minutes. He is a pleasant young man and knows how to fix the problems. The fee was very reasonable, AND I AM VERY PLEASED TO PASS THIS NEWS ON TO YOU.

Sam is honest, efficient and thorough! After 2 guys from Bluejay said they would order new coils I never heard from them again!!! I called Sam Wilson and he had the coils custom made for my old doors. He even installed a safety mechanism on each one. I highly recommend Wilson Door Company. He is coming back to fix one of the hinges and make sure every thing is working properly as he had to order that part as well. After being dropped by Bluejay (they didn't even try or call me back) I'm so glad I had this professional, friendly, knowledgeable young man come out to help.
